Information We Collect

We collect your name, email address, phone number, and vehicle information when you register. We also collect booking history and location data (only when you explicitly share it for pickup requests).

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to process bookings, send service notifications, calculate pickup fees, and improve our platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Storage

All data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We retain booking data for 3 years for service history purposes.

Location Data

Location is only collected when you tap "Detect My Location" during a booking or pickup request. It is used solely to calculate the pickup fee and coordinate the Vego Team driver.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting support@vegohub.lk. Active bookings must be completed before account deletion.

We use session cookies for authentication only. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
