Acceptance

By using Vego Hub you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use of the platform.

Booking & Cancellation

Bookings can be cancelled while in Pending status. Once confirmed, cancellations are subject to the station's policy. No-shows may result in account warnings.

Vego Team Pickup/Delivery

Pickup and delivery is operated by the Vego Team. Fees are based on distance: Rs.150 base (≤1 km) + Rs.40/km. Fee estimates are shown before confirmation.

Station Responsibility

Vego Hub is a booking platform. Service quality and timelines are the responsibility of the station. Disputes should first be raised with the station.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Report any unauthorised access to support@vegohub.lk immediately.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
